Talking on a cell phone while driving is prohibited in Germany. For this reason, practical accessories or built-in solutions such as hands-free kits have been available in Teslas for some time now. These are very helpful, provided they work.

Of course, minor things should be checked, such as whether the call volume is set loud enough or whether another cell phone would work.
A restart of the vehicle and smartphone is also recommended. Otherwise, the only thing that helps is to record the problem when it occurs via Audio-Report and draw attention to it the next time you visit the service center.
