The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions
A shipping fee of 5.99 euros is charged for delivery within Germany. From a purchase value of 50 euros, shipping in Germany is free of charge.
For shipments within the EU a shipping fee of 9.99 euros will be charged. Shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of 50 euros.
For shipments to Switzerland, a shipping fee of 30.00 CHF will be charged. Shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of 150 euros. Additional costs for customs and import fees may apply.
For shipments to the United Kingdom, a shipping fee of 30.00 GBP will be charged. Additional costs for customs and import fees may apply.
Shipping time
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) usually takes place within 1-7 working days, depending on the product. Deliveries to other EU countries may take a few working days later than stated on the product pages.
As we work with different suppliers, delivery may be made separately when ordering different products.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns
In the event of a return, please write to us at support@teslabs.de and state your order number and the item to be returned. As part of our 30-day money-back guarantee, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within this period.
The costs for the return shipment will only be covered in the event of specific product defects or errors on our part.
The following items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer and must be returned to the manufacturer in the event of a return:
- Products of the brand The New Aero (Sweden)
- Products of the brand FARAD [roof rack, roof box] (Italy)
Please note the following guidelines for a successful return and refund:
- The items ordered must not show any signs of use.
- The items must be returned well and securely packed in the original packaging.
- In the case of products with double-sided adhesive tape (e.g. Alcantara), this must not have been removed.
- The OVP must not be damaged.
