The cool box makes a very high-quality impression with surfaces, hinges and buttons. Operation is self-explanatory, the app can be connected immediately after downloading without lengthy registration and offers clear operation. The cooling performance was top in the first test, the box also fits perfectly into the SubTrunk of the ModelY as promised. The Teslabs team is also very friendly and always responded promptly to queries. The delivery was flawless. The box will now accompany us on a trip to Sardinia lasting several weeks and will certainly serve us well. A small follow-up afterwards:-)
The processing at Tesla-Labs was quick and unproblematic. I was also able to redeem a voucher, so everything went quickly and cheaply.
The freezer cabinet is indeed easy to install and remove. We also took the chest off the trolley at a garden party. Super. Unfortunately, the adapter for 220V is missing. I then bought another one. I also have Bluetooth switched off, which you need to use the app. The feature is undocumented and I have submitted a request to Teslalabs. Even if the app isn't necessary, it's handy to be able to change the settings remotely for trips and overnight stays.
Other than that, a very practical item.

The box installed (takes less than 10 minutes), switched on and running. After 2.5 hours -20°C - great.
Mainly use the box to keep my frozen food cold when shopping. Drinks are also cooled during the trips. Everything works perfectly.
The only thing that puzzles me is the remote control. This means I can neither switch the cooler on nor off. Changing the temperature setting using the remote control is absolutely unnecessary if I have to switch the box on and off using the on/off switch in the Subtrunk anyway.
