Easy assembly and really good quality! The entire assembly was completed after unpacking in approx. 30min done. The caps are well made. I couldn't find any manufacturing defects or sharp edges. The valves are easy to reach. I really like the result.

First of all, it must be said that the decorative caps are shaped in the original Gemini look and therefore you don't lose a few kilometers of range, as with differently shaped decorative caps. But since I like the contrast with black trim caps much better on a Model Y in white, I came across these trim caps in matt black and have not regretted it! The combination of white car + black door handles + black trim caps looks really good in my opinion!
Sticking on the foam tape went relatively quickly and held very well. You don't need to have studied quantum physics here... Peel off the protective tape and apply as far as possible to the edge, all very easy! The central, round Tesla logos still hold very well, although I have to say that I don't drive in a car wash, I only wash the car with a lance wash and don't put the full pressure of the nozzle on the logos.
Mounting, i.e. "tapping" onto the rim, was also relatively easy... aligned with the valve, I always "tapped in" the decorative cap right next to it. Sometimes, however, you have to exert quite a lot of force, but at least it worked quite well for me and the decorative caps are also very robust. However, I have also seen videos where the tapping always continued on the opposite side. As I said, I found it easier to go "clockwise".
For me personally, the only "problem" was pulling off the old, original Gemini caps, because they were sometimes so firmly attached to the rim that I sometimes thought they would break off, they bent so much. At times, it really was a battle of "man against decorative cap". Spraying with a mixture of water and washing-up liquid beforehand did not help much... or maybe it was, since none of them were broken in the end.
I have to say about the store ... It doesn't get much better than this!!! The 4 decorative caps I ordered arrived quickly, but one decorative cap had a small scratch. As soon as I had sent an e-mail requesting this, I received a reply and shortly afterwards a shipping confirmation! I received a replacement trim cap within four days and of course free of charge!
That's what I call customer support and I would hope for the same from other online stores. For me, teslabs.de in first place!
