The New Aero Tesla Model S: Efficiency through optics
In comparative tests with original Model S rims, the air mass moved by the Tesla New Aero rims was up to 30% lower, resulting in up to 9.9% less air resistance for the vehicle.

New Aero rims for Tesla: Certifications
Model S 2012–2020
The New Aero Tesla Model S wheels are four different sizes, as the mounting position (directional, 8.5x21" on the front axle, 9.0x21" on the rear axle) is important. If 21 inches is too large for you, the Model S Razor wheel is also available.
All four 21-inch wheels have an ECE certification issued in Italy for vehicle model years 2012–2020 and can therefore be used in all member states (including the EU, Switzerland, and Norway) without additional registration. The 19-inch wheel has a German ABE (General Operating Permit) and TÜV (Technical Inspection Association) certificate as well as an Italian NAD (National Approval Certificate) for the same model years.
All New Aero wheels are specifically designed for Tesla models and are therefore quick and easy to install. The original Tesla wheel nuts can be used, and the center cap with the Tesla logo also fits. This means you won't encounter any major difficulties when purchasing The New Aero wheels – only an unbeatable design awaits you.
