Several aspects play a role in answering this question: safety, size, value for money, but also entertainment features for children.
In terms of safety, every available Tesla model achieved top rankings. Therefore, due to the tie, the "safety" criterion has no influence on the overall rating.
More relevant are the size and, consequently, the amount of space. Anyone with more than three children will only be happy with the Tesla Model X, as it is currently the only model available in Germany as a six- or seven-seater. Furthermore, as an SUV, it offers the most space – although all Tesla models are generally very spacious.
In terms of entertainment, the Model X and Model S once again come out on top. Both offer a screen for the rear seats in addition to the central display, allowing children in the back to entertain themselves with video games at any time.
However, this advantage is put into perspective when considering the price: The Model 3 starting at €49,990 and the Model Y starting at €56,990 probably seem significantly cheaper to most people than the other two models, each costing around €100,000.
Apart from the features mentioned, the two cheaper models offer virtually the same level of service as their "big brothers," especially since they can be further enhanced by... Accesories can still be improved.

Families with many children will likely have to opt for the Model X if they want a Tesla. For everyone else, price considerations will probably lead them to the Model 3 or Y – depending on whether the extra space of the crossover SUV is important to them or not.
