Simply report problems in the Tesla via audio bug report

Have you ever found yourself in this situation? You're driving your Tesla and notice a problem or bug, whether it's with the driving behavior, the Autopilot, or the touchscreen software. But by the time you pull over and note it down, you've often forgotten about it. Tesla offers a solution to this problem!

If you notice a problem, simply activate voice input by pressing the right scroll wheel and say "Bug Report". You can then briefly describe the problem, and Tesla will save the audio message along with some data and a screenshot of all available displays. For example, you could say: "Bug Report - Traffic Sign Incorrectly Detected" or "Bug Report - Autopilot Cannot Be Activated".– depending on which bug you just encountered.

Since the error message also triggers screenshots, Tesla recommends displaying the map on the main screen before taking the screenshot so that the vehicle's location can be more easily determined. This is especially helpful in incidents involving Autopilot.

An important point to note about the bug report feature: the data is generally not transmitted directly to Tesla, but only read out at the next appointment at a service center. This is currently due to the relatively low upload speeds of the vehicles; it's quite possible, therefore, that in the future every bug report will be evaluated directly by Tesla.
